Motherhood calls us into constant balancing — between caring for our children, tending to our work and relationships, and honoring our own needs.
Finding Balance as a Mother is a 5-week journey designed to give mothers a supportive space to pause, reconnect, and explore how to mother both themselves and their children with more presence, creativity, and compassion.
Together we will weave somatic awareness, art therapy practices, reflective writing, movement, and group sharing to explore:
Honoring the past and arriving in the present
Balancing your own needs with those of your children
Meeting your inner mother and releasing old patterns
Holding what is while welcoming what you long for
Listening to the wise woman within for daily guidance
Using somatic tools to support and balance your nervous system
This is not about perfection. It is about presence, validation, and nourishment — for you, as a mother and as a whole person.

Finding balance as a mother has been one of the deepest themes in my own life — learning how to care for myself while showing up for my children, my work, and the many roles I hold. I created this circle because I know how much mothers need a place to slow down, to be seen and supported, and to explore new ways of being present. Over five weeks, we’ll use art, movement, reflection, and gentle somatic tools to support your nervous system — helping you integrate what arises with more ease. This is your space to feel nourished, validated, and connected.

Dates: 5 consecutive Tuesdays beginning October 28th, 2025
(Sessions held weekly via Zoom, recordings available). No session on Thanksgiving week.End Date: December 2nd, 2025

Not at all. The art therapy practices are about expression, not outcome. You don’t need to consider yourself “creative” — this space is about exploration, not making perfect art.

Each session will be recorded, and you’ll receive the replay afterward. You’ll still have access to all practices, prompts, and resources, and can share reflections in the WhatsApp group.

Each group session is 90 minutes, with time for guided practice, art and somatic exercises, and sharing.

You are welcome exactly as you are. Sharing is always optional. Some mothers find that witnessing others’ stories is just as powerful as speaking.

This is a safe and supportive space. Alongside creative exploration, we’ll use gentle somatic tools to help regulate your nervous system. These practices are designed to ground you, create safety, and support integration if big feelings arise.

Yes, you may join for $70 per session or pay $300 upfront for the full journey.
