About Me

Hi, I’m Nathalie – a somatic practitioner, art therapist (UK-trained), and Reiki practitioner.

My work is grounded in the understanding that our bodies carry the imprint of lived experience, and through the body, we can begin to process and shift the patterns that shape our lives. Drawing from neuroscience, trauma research, and my own journey as a mother, I support women, parents, and children in navigating stress, overwhelm, and emotional challenges.

I hold a BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University, an MFA in New Genres Art from the San Francisco Art Institute, and completed my Art Therapy training in England. These studies, combined with years of yoga, mindfulness, and movement practices, shape the integrative approach I bring to my work today.

I offer a blend of therapeutic art, somatic awareness, movement, and mindfulness practices to help people reconnect with their center, their authentic voice, and their creative expression. My approach is person-centered and rooted in presence, holding space free of judgment or expectation.

I believe healing is not about erasing the past, but about honoring and integrating it in ways that bring wholeness and balance. My passion is helping people find beauty in everyday life, heal from trauma, and rediscover the power and wisdom already within them.

If you or your child are seeking support—through parenting challenges, trauma, or big emotions—I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can create space for balance, creativity, and growth.
