1:1 Sessions for Children & Teens
Children often communicate through play, movement, and creativity—this is their natural language. In these sessions, I offer a safe, supportive space where children of all ages can express themselves freely, without the pressure of needing to find the "right" words.
Using a blend of art therapy, somatic practices, and gentle mindfulness, I help children explore their inner world in ways that feel engaging and age-appropriate. Even if a child doesn’t love art, the creative process can open a doorway into what they’re feeling or experiencing. Art can gently reveal what’s going on beneath the surface, helping them feel seen, understood, and more at ease.
This work can be tailored to meet the needs of teens in a way that respects their stage of development and growing independence. For adolescents who may be navigating identity, emotional intensity, or school and social pressures, creative and somatic approaches offer a non-judgmental space for expression, reflection, and support.
Sessions may address a range of needs, including emotional regulation, anxiety, grief, life transitions, behavioral concerns, or friendship and school-related challenges. Each session is guided by the child or teen’s interests, pace, and comfort—creating room for both healing and growth.
