These personalized sessions offer a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, process life experiences, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking deeper insight, our work together meets you exactly where you are—with compassion, care, and curiosity.
I draw from a blend of art therapy, somatic practices, energy healing, and mindfulness to support your unique healing process. Sessions may focus on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, parenting challenges, life transitions, or self-discovery. This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body, your inner knowing, and your sense of wholeness.
Together, we explore what is present—gently and at your pace—so that you can begin to move through what’s stuck and access more clarity, calm, and connection in your life.
