I also support parents whose children may be struggling—whether with behavioral challenges, school-related stress, friendship issues, or emotional ups and downs. These situations can naturally impact how you parent and how you feel. In our sessions, we’ll explore ways to support your child while also caring for your own well-being, helping you feel more connected, empowered, and steady in your parenting journey.
